Prior to joining The Philip Scheinfeld, Kaitlin worked for another top Real Estate firm in NYC and is dedicated to providing exceptional service for her clients. She started her career before Real Estate on the corporate side and has over 7 years of financial and technology sales, as well as client management experience. Her experience working with top investment banks, insurance firms and Fortune 500 companies enables her to navigate New York City’s real estate market and help negotiate on behalf of her clients to ensure the best service for them. Kaitlin’s background in sales has created a passion and love for making deals happen. She emphasizes the importance of understanding exactly what her client's needs and desires are and works hard to ensure they achieve them.

Her passion for real estate is only exceeded by her love for New York City, where she has lived for the past 8 years. Kaitlin loves showing people New York City and hopes that her clients are able to fall in love with New York and can call it their home just like she has.

Prior to New York City, Kaitlin grew up in Chicago and earned a degree from the Tippie College of Business at University of Iowa. Her hobbies include working out, traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending quality time with friends and family in New York City.
